We built the program around how people actually subscribe: a plan first (Audio Enthusiast or Shop), then ongoing renewals. Attribution is tracked at checkout and tied to the customer account so you get credit even if they start on one device and finish on another.
Attribution rules
- Referral window: referral links are valid for 90 days from click to checkout.
- Account binding: after purchase, attribution is tied to the customer account — renewals credit you with no cookie involved.
- Last-touch attribution: the most recent referral link clicked gets the credit.
- What counts: paid license purchases and paid Profile Token purchases.
- What does not count: refunds/chargebacks, self-referrals, duplicate accounts.
Payout schedule
- Fast payouts — a 48-hour hold protects against refunds/chargebacks, then commissions become payable. No minimum threshold.
- Detailed ledger: click → checkout → subscription status → payout status.
- Two brands, one program: promote Tuning Labs and Track & Bill (trackandbill.app) — every referral tracks back to you.
- Partner-tier options for high-volume creators and communities.
Earnings example (tiered math)
- Payments 1–6: 30% of each — six payments earn 1.8× one payment’s amount.
- Payments 7–12: 20% of each — six payments earn 1.2× one payment’s amount.
- Total: a referred customer’s first 12 payments earn you 3.0× one payment’s amount (on monthly plans, three months’ price over the first year). Commissions end after the 12th payment.
- Commission is computed on the actual invoice amount — current plan prices are on the pricing page.
How affiliates create links
- Use your unique affiliate code (e.g., ?ref=YOURCODE) on any landing page.
- Optional: co-branded landing pages (your name or handle + code).
- Optional: campaign tags (e.g., &camp=training) for events and social content.
Suggested messaging (token model compliant)
- Audio Enthusiast: includes 1 Profile Token (one tuning profile) with unlimited revisions.
- Shop Small: Master Token + monthly Profile Token allocation; buy more anytime.
- Shop Large: unlimited issuance of Profile Tokens; every profile is still tokenized and transferable.
- Offline: profiles work offline up to 30 days; connect to validate subscription (warning day 25–30).
